An innovative biotechnology-focused preparatory academy in Downtown Kissimmee, Florida, serving grades 6–10 and expanding toward a full K–12 model.
Our mission is to prepare students for success in medicine, biotechnology, engineering, entrepreneurship, and community leadership through rigorous academics, real-world experiences, and personalized mentorship.
Unlike traditional schools, Lake Toho Prep combines advanced college-preparatory coursework with hands-on biomedical science, agricultural biotechnology, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Students participate in Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Biomedical Science coursework, dual enrollment opportunities, independent research projects, and experiential learning that connects classroom instruction to real-world impact.
We believe education should connect knowledge with purpose. Lake Toho Prep is creating a model where students learn science by solving real problems, learn business by running real ventures, and learn leadership through service to their communities.
Our goal is to develop compassionate innovators who improve lives, strengthen communities, and help shape the future — graduates who are not only college-ready, but career-ready and community-ready.
